In short
This website does not store anything you type. The form and calculators run only on your device. The only information that reaches us is what you choose to send us on WhatsApp or by email.
What reaches us
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your number, your WhatsApp name, and the message you wrote or that the form prepared and you sent.
- When you email us: your address and your message.
- Our hosting provider may record general technical data (such as browser type and visit counts) without cookies and without identifying you, for site security.
If you choose to fill in our application form instead of WhatsApp, your answers are stored by Tally (an EU-based online forms provider) on our behalf and used exactly as described here.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking tools.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you ask for one. We never sell your data and never add you to a mailing list without your consent.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't turn into work, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep it for the length of the engagement and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Our clients' customer data
When we build a system for a company or academy, the data lives in accounts in the client's name, and we process it on the client's behalf and instructions only. Automated messages go only to people who agreed to be contacted. We collect the minimum needed and do not record sensitive data.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 150 152 8809 or email [email protected]; we reply within 7 working days. This is in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
When you use WhatsApp, messages are also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
