This policy explains what personal data Velnix collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted. It applies to velnixlab.com and to the lead-response systems Velnix operates on behalf of client companies.

Where Velnix operates a lead-response system for a solar installation company, that company is the data controller for its customers' data and Velnix acts as its processor. We process that data only on the client's instructions, and the client's own privacy policy governs how they use it.
Enquiries are scored and summarised automatically. Two things are worth stating plainly:
No automated decision produces a legal or similarly significant effect. A human always makes the contact and the sale.
We send WhatsApp messages only where the recipient has explicitly consented on a form. If consent is not given, no message is sent. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing the address in section 1.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the systems described above:

Some of these providers process data outside Egypt. Where that happens we rely on their contractual data protection commitments.
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. Email the address in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.
To have your personal data deleted, email [email protected] with the subject line DELETE MY DATA and the phone number or email address you used with us.
We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If your data was collected on behalf of a client company, we will also notify that company, as they are the controller of that record.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our CDN provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
