These terms govern your use of velnixlab.com, the tier 7 calculator, and any lead-response services provided by Velnix, operated by Abdelrahman Hazem.
The tier 7 calculator is a free educational tool. It applies published Egyptian electricity tariff brackets to figures you enter yourself.
Do not use its output as a quotation. Actual system sizing, cost, savings and payback depend on a site survey, roof orientation and shading, actual metered consumption, equipment selection, and the tariff in force at the time. Tariff rates are set by the Egyptian government and change without notice. Figures shown are indicative only, and Velnix makes no warranty as to their accuracy for any specific property.
Velnix is not an energy consultancy, is not a licensed electrical contractor, and does not sell or install solar equipment.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any decision to purchase a solar system is yours, and you should take independent professional advice before committing funds.
The founding installer pilot is offered at Velnix's discretion and is limited in number. Applying does not create any obligation on either side. The specific terms of any pilot — what is delivered, the success measure, and what happens afterwards — are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Those terms take precedence over anything described on this website.
Where Velnix operates a lead-response system for your company, you remain responsible for:
You may not use this website or our services to send unsolicited marketing, to scrape or resell data, to reverse engineer our systems, or for anything unlawful.
The website, the calculator, and the design of Velnix's systems remain the property of Velnix. Where a written agreement grants you a licence to use a system built for you, that agreement governs the scope of the licence.
This website and the calculator are provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Service levels for paid engagements, where any apply, are set out in the relevant written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Velnix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of this website or the calculator. For paid engagements, total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Ismailia have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
